Kaye has been associated with Parelli since 1990 where she first saw & met Pat & Linda. Instantly fascinated she began to study Pat's philosophy about natural horse.man.ship & was fortunate enough to begin working in the Sydney Parelli office in 1992 & remained there until 1995. It was in this year that she was invited to travel with both Pat & Linda throughout the USA & Canada, attending business courses & horse.man.ship courses. She became an Apprentice Instructor & returned to Australia ready to teach.

Later on in her career Kaye began to give lectures at Agricultural Colleges in Australia along with visual demonstrations based on the Parelli Levels Program. She also became a Young Horse Trainer & Foundation Trainer.

She was selected to ride in Equitana Australasia with a squad of other Instructors, performing equestrian skills that require a high standard of training & expertise. At Equitana 2003, two of her students won the "Parelli Tournament" & were flown to the USA where they enjoyed the Level 4 course & the Horseman's Development Course with Pat Parelli..

Over the years Kaye has taught in Sweden, South Africa, USA, Scotland, Wales, U.K & Vanuatu. She spent an additional 7 months in the UK developing a client base & starting young horses on behalf of Parelli. She also enjoyed experiences in Texas with Reiner Trainer, Craig Johnson & handling thoroughbred foals & yearlings at racing studs in Victoria, as well as many times at the ISC with Pat & Linda Parelli.

Kayes teaching is specialised, in that she can teach small groups to larger groups in formats of workshops, courses or camps. Being a Parelli Endorsed Instructor enables her to develop people to a high level of competence by understanding psychology (equine behaviour) which effectively changes & develops horses & people to an advanced level.
